Do not take this pre if you want to be able to sleep. As good as it feels in the gym, not worth the lack of sleep you get from it

Great Value for the price, This pre-workout is packed full of all the good stuff to get a great pump and have insane focus. Doesn't leave you feeling weird after the gym like some of these stronger stim and focus formulas do and definitely has a great release profile giving me great focus and pump thought my whole workout. The flavors are also on point and haven't found one that they haven't mastered.

Best pre I’ve ever taken

I have a really high tolerance to high stim pre's. However, this is the only high stim pre to not only make me extremely focused in the gym, but also not mess with my stomach. Unfortunately I've been taking this pre for about 3 months now and I'm starting to get used to it but this will always be my go to and recommended pre to friends. By far worth the $$ considering how packed the pre is.

For what this pre does in the gym is solid. Good focus and pump. My huge gripe on this is it totally screws my night up and leaves me feeling weird the next morning. I have an extremely high tolerance and have used a bunch of pre workouts that are high stims. I workout around 5pm usually, and every time I take this pre, I'm up until 2 in the morning trying to fall asleep. It's not even that I have tons of energy or the caffeine is doing something, my body just feels really weird and I cant fall asleep to save my life. Then when do fall asleep, I'm waking up every couple of hours feeling like I'm still trying to sleep. Then in the morning I fell like garbage. Really wish I didn't try this.

This pre just hands out the best pumps nothing bad at all to say.
