How to Return Your Item

Please note that all purchases are final after 15 days from notice of delivery. In ‘My Account‘ click on 'My orders' and click 'View' on an order, scroll down and click 'Return Item(s)' and follow the prompts. We will reach out within 1-3 business days regarding your request.

XN Supplements warranties that perishable items are delivered within their manufactured expiration dates. It is solely the customers responsibility to ensure the expiration dates of each received perishable items are correct.

Unopened items

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 15 days of being received. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the returned item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be for the amount of the item(s) returned. Once received, item(s) will be inspected to confirm they have not been tampered with (resalable condition). If your return is in approved condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds will be issued in 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Opened items

We do not accept returns of opened item(s). However, we may issue a store credit on a case by case basis. Any reimbursement for open item(s) are subject to written justification. If approved, you will be eligible for a store credit/coupon to be issued in 5-10 business days. Please note that any store credit/coupon amount issued will vary based on the nature of the return.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item(s), please email [email protected] immediately.

Damaged Items

In the event that you receive item(s) that are damaged (cracked, dented, opened) during transit, contact us immediately via email [email protected]. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES WHILE IN TRANSIT but we will try to work with the carrier that delivered your order towards your satisfaction.

Clearance Items

All sales for item(s) bought at clearance price are final and ineligible for any return, refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once returned item(s) are received, they will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund/exchange. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in 4-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping costs are nonrefundable

Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been paid for please email [email protected] and we can assist you. Please note that due to credit card processing fees, cancelations with full refunds will result in an administration fee (equivalent to 2.5% of each order). We will gladly issue you a full credit back in the form of a digital gift card.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for various reasons in order to mitigate the risk of fraudulent payment methods. If we decide that your order is fraudulent in nature then we will cancel the order and refund the payment method used. In the event your order is canceled and you believe this has been done in error then please email [email protected] to let us know.

 

Shipping

Returning Shipments

In most cases you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of returned item(s) unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Issued refunds will only be for the amount of the item(s) returned.

After your shipment leaves our premises we do not assume any further responsibility for the package or its contents. You assume responsibility and trust that the carrier of choice will faithfully deliver your shipment to you in suitable condition.

Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for damages made by the carrier of choice while in transit. If you would like us to file a claim for damages on your behalf then we require extensive proof of damage which includes a photo of the damaged shipping box and the items that are unsalvageable. Please note that we make no guarantees on the outcome of any claim that arises due to damages.

Delayed Shipment

If your shipment has not reached it's destination within 14 days and the tracking number has no updates then please reach out so we can file a claim with the carrier and send out a new shipment to you.

If the shipments tracking number documents that it has reached it's destination but you have not received it then you will have to reach out to the carrier to file a claim on your behalf. We re unable to file claims for you.

Stolen Shipment

If you believe or have proof that your shipment has been stolen and you chose USPS Priority or UPS Ground you can file a claim with the carrier. Any other shipping method is not eligible for insurance claims. We will not refund, resend or compensate in any way for items that are reported stolen.

Change of Address

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the delivery address. If, by the time the package reaches its destination, you are no longer at the address provided, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide assistance in retrieving your order. We kindly request that you refrain from placing an order if you do not intend to be present at the specified residential address for at least 30 days from the time of order placement.

Transit Times

The length of transit is completely dependent on the carrier. Orders SHIP OUT SAME DAY IF ORDERED BEFORE 2PM EST TUE-FRI. Although we do everything we can to ensure your order goes out as quickly as possible we cannot fully guarantee the aforementioned statement due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is placed, paid in full, and all items are physically in our location in Brownstown before 2pm Tuesday-Friday, in most cases, then it will be picked up by a carrier that same day. We cannot make any guarantees that there will not be carrier delays for pickup or unforeseen delays while your order is in transit.

Returning in Store

Call or visit the location (see locations page) that you purchased the item(s) in. You must have a valid receipt. If you are a rewards member, no receipt is necessary.

Unopened item(s)

Bring the item(s) back to us within 7 days from purchase for a full refund. After 7 days from purchase the item(s) are subject to a 10% perishable goods and restocking fee.

Open item(s)

Bring the item(s) back to us within 7 days from purchase for store credit. After 7 days from purchase the item(s) are no longer eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

Defective item(s)

If you find that the item(s) purchased have uncharacteristic traits, broken seal, etc. then bring it back to us immediately within 2 days of your purchase. Please note that with some powders a natural clumping occurs due to the inclusion of certain ingredients. I.E. Glycerol Monostearate, Glycer Pump, etc.

All transactions are final after 15 days from purchase

Test boosters, items considered to be food, Closeout and Clearance items are ineligible for any refund, return or exchange
