BCAA Blend – Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine – 6 Grams

Of the three BCAAs, Leucine is the one that has the most research supporting its ability to stimulate protein synthesis. We use an innovative 10:1:1 ratio which means you’re getting a HUGE 5-gram dose of this powerful anabolic activator in every serving of ADYM for maximum effect. The additional two BCAAs work synergistically with Leucine to promote greater results than Leucine can by itself.⁽¹⁾

Essential Amino Acid Blend – L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Histidine, L-Methionine – 155 mg

The latest clinical studies indicate that protein synthesis is stimulated to a greater degree if additional EAAs are included, which is why we have added them to the formula.⁽²⁾

Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend – CopMax™ Creatinol-O-Phosphate, Beta-Alanine – 1500 mg
