Very easy on the body. Doesn’t give you the sweats or the shakes. What I love, is that it doesn’t hit you all at once. It has a slow release feeling. I’ve been taking it for a week now, and I’m still only on the two in the AM.

If you take these, and take their Super greens with it, it’s an amazing combo. You will need to drink some extra water, and that’s not the worst thing for you. I’d suggest tagging it with some milk thistle and fish oil in the AM to just help balance yourself.

Good supplement. Perfect for that extra boost when doing cardio.
