Love-The-Taste Thin Slim Bagels

I'm sorry, but I think these bagels lack taste and the consistency is like eating sawdust. I am new to cauliflower products, recently diagnosed diabetic, and probably am expecting too much. Pizza crusts seem to work, I guess I expected bagels to work too.
