How to Return Your Item
Notify us via email [email protected] within 7 days from receiving your purchase. Please note that all transactions are final after 15 days from delivery. We will receive your request immediately but please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

XN Supplements warranties that perishable items are delivered within their manufactured expiration dates. It is solely the customers responsibility to ensure the expiration dates of each received perishable items are correct. XN Supplements does not take responsibility for items that have been out of the company’s possession for more than 15 days.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 15 days of being received. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the returned item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be for the amount of the item(s) returned. Once received, item(s) will be inspected to confirm they have not been tampered with (resalable condition). If your return is in approved condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds will be issued in 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You may return opened item(s) for store credit only. All credits for open item(s) are subject to written justification for return. You will be responsible for sealing the opened item(s) and all shipping costs. Upon receival of the opened item(s) they will undergo an inspection and approval process. If approved for return, expect a store credit to be issued in 5-10 business days.

In the event that you receive item(s) that are damaged (cracked, dented, opened) during transit, contact us immediately via email [email protected]. We will file a claim with our carrier and work towards your satisfaction.
All sales for item(s) bought at clearance price are final and ineligible for any return, refund or exchange.
Once returned item(s) are received, they will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund/exchange. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in 4-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In most cases you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of returned item(s) unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Issued refunds will only be for the amount of the item(s) returned.
